Blast from the past

I've been blogging for ages, on various platforms and subjects. A lot of the early stuff is not fit for consumption, but I had nearly one hundred posts in an old LifeType blog that I neglected to import into my current Django site.
Recently I have been cleaning up loose ends, and this export/import project was one that I decided to wipe off of the task list. It wasn't too complicated, and provides a lot of nostalgia as I go through and check the old posts for bad links and awful content.
I've released the LifeType export code as GPLv3, so feel free to check it out!
It also means that the backlog of posts will be re-published over the next few months. Hopefully no RSS feeds will be flooded, but there you have it.
